After the launch of the Galaxy S20 range together with the Galaxy Z Flip, the new foldable smartphone that impressed users, the Samsung is already working on future devices. Now, thanks to the new registered patent, it has been discovered that devices in the Galaxy Note family can change forever. Is that Samsung can present a foldable Galaxy Note 20?
Are we really going to have a foldable Samsung Galaxy Note 20?
Samsung recently won an important patent for a future foldable version of its Galaxy Note smartphone, as revealed by PatentlyMobile. A patent that, as can be seen in the image below, clearly illustrates the presence of a classic S-Pen, which would be stored inside the foldable Galaxy Note. Meanwhile, a patent also reveals that Samsung is trying to reinvent the way the screen folds and protects. This is much more effective than what happens with the Galaxy Fold.
At this time, it is not known when or whether Samsung will launch a Galaxy Note foldable smartphone. What is a fact is that Samsung received a patent that leaves the door open for them to take the Galaxy Note smartphone to a new level, with no possibility of copying.
Recently, however, Samsung has patented a new display technology. For now the technical information is still unknown. Still, it can also debut with the Galaxy Note 20, which will be released later this year.
This reveals that Samsung continues its efforts to remain a leader in screen technologies. After AMOLED, the South Korean brand will have in its hands a new project that certainly helps to lead. This with the patent already registered and all.
The document was completed by the subsidiary Samsung Electronics. This suggests that this new technology will actually be aimed at smartphones. A theory that is confirmed in the product category, in which we have “screen for smartphones”.
