Do you still play Pokémon Go? It is now possible to participate in Raids from a distance

Pokémon Go has been a tremendous success since it immediately became one of the most played games in the world. However, due to this whole COVID-19 pandemic and the fact that people are forced to remain in quarantine, everything has changed for the worse… After all, this is an interactive game where the main objective is to get players become less sedentary and do even a little exercise while having fun.

That said, Niantic has been doing its best so that Pokémon Go players can have the same gaming experience they had before they were locked up at home. So, after having launched items for the store costing just one coin, it seems that it will now be possible to participate in Raids without even leaving your home.

Do you like making Raids in Pokémon Go? Now you can join one without even leaving your home!

Therefore, the fact that it is now possible to participate in Raids at a distance is mainly due to the fact that Remote Raid Passes were created. Which will allow each player to join 19 others to fight a specific Pokémon.

However, keep in mind that these new passes will be limited, and that to get more you will have to buy at the game store. In addition, once you join the Raid it will be possible to invite friends so they too can fight alongside you. After all, the more coaches the better.

But here are all the new implementations in the game:

  • All players will now receive a daily task without having to spin a Pokéstop.
  • When you are almost out of gifts your Pokémon Buddy can go to a Pokéstop to get more.
  • It is now possible to activate several items at the same time. That is, players can now activate two Lucky Eggs at the same time for example. Staying with a maximum time of 1 hour over the usual 30 minutes.

In short, this is just another effort by Niantic to keep players safe at home, but to continue playing this title at the same time. So stay tuned for all the news and make as many Raids as possible in Pokémon Go.
