MIUI 12 is the latest version of the Xiaomi interface for smartphones. Among many other things, this interface guarantees several visual improvements to the interface. So we have new animations in the iOS-inspired control center. However, this manufacturer has already started to release the MIUI 12 stable update for the first batch of equipment. The same should happen with the batch of devices where the Redmi Note 5 Pro is. If you can’t wait and want to get your hands on this interface, even if you’re not on a Xiaomi, then it might be worth installing the Mi Control Center.
Mi Control Center: take MIUI 12 to all smartphones!
In fact, the new visual features are tempting. However, if you have not yet received MIUI 12 and want to try the control center, for example, you can use an application called Mi Control Center. This app allows you to replace the quick settings menu with a control center similar to iOS and MIUI 12, not only on devices running MIUI, but on any Android version.
To start using this application you must approve access to accessibility and notifications. The app’s home page allows you to choose between the new MIUI 12 control center and the MIUI 10 and 11 quick settings panel. If you choose the Control Center (which is the main purpose of this app), you can make the sides open notifications and quick settings.
Mi Control Center offers several forms of customization. Both for the layout of the icon grid and for the text color. You can also change the quick setting block, the brightness slider and more.
The free version of Mi Control Center comes with ads, which may be visible in the settings. However, you can buy the premium version. You can also limit notifications, enable more shapes for quick setting icons, and more.
I tried to install it on a Huawei P30 Pro and everything went well. In fact, we have a very interesting appearance and if you like to test these kinds of things, I recommend you try them out!
