Watch out AMD, the RTX 3080 is going to be a 'beast'!

In recent weeks, leaks about the new generation of graphics cards have been more than many, especially in nvidia’s field. All because the new Ampere architecture is expected to offer the biggest performance boost in recent generations, an effort to basically get AMD in place, as rival head of Radeon boards is also promising a lot with the new RDNA 2 architecture.

That said, a new performance leak (benchmark) comes to give even more strength to the theory that NVIDIA is doing everything to put AMD in your pocket. After all, the RTX 3080, which is not even the next generation’s top-of-the-range graphics card, will offer a simply brutal level of performance.

Watch out AMD, the RTX 3080 is going to be a ‘beast’!

So we have a new 3DMark result of what may very well be the new RTX 3080! A graphics card that, it seems, is 21% faster than the RTX Titan, the most powerful card in NVIDIA’s current GeForce range. But since Titan isn’t exactly a plate for the hands of the average consumer… Also know that this RTX 3080 was 30% above what the RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition offers.

Of course the name of the card does not yet appear in the benchmark. But given the frequencies (1935 MHz on the GPU and 6000 MHz in memory), this is without a doubt a high-end card from the giant NVIDIA.

However, as we said above, this RTX 3080 is not even the most equipped model! Since the GA102 GPU that gives it life, it will also give rise to two other models. In the form of an RTX 3090 (or RTX 3080 Ti) and a Titan Ampere.
